Working consciously on your mindset, to break through the negative thoughts and 'traps', and using brain retraining tools and techniques, along with some breath and energy techniques, is a super powerful combination!
Join us for our monthly breathing groups in Stoke on Trent, where you can deep dive into your inner landscape for 2.5 hours
We start the session with a grounding meditation, and then move into a guided 1 hour conscious connected breathing session, where you can get in tune with your inner world, your emotions, your physical body, your mind, your energy system, and receive insight into what's there. Our group is a mix of experienced and new participants, and everyone is welcome!

I believe Jenny is a very intuitive and empathetic facilitator. Under Jenny’s guidance I easily focus on the now and the moment.
